To all the tanks I've loved before...

Just a few thoughts for those of us that are tanks in our raids.

1 - Tanking is one of those funny positions where you can do your best... and you still die.  Sometimes it has to do with your gear, sometimes a healer misses one cast, or at times dps just didn't push out enough to beat enrage timers.  Don't take it hard.

2 - It is typical for us to go with our best geared guys as main tanks.  It isn't anything personal, but we want to go with out best survivability so that we can get through content.  Be aware that we do, at times, need up to 4 tanks in a 25 man raid (and sometimes only 1).  That being said... in a casual raiding guild we have lots of absentees.  WE NEED EVERYONE!

3 - Since there is lots of this transitioning for our tanks, we are one of the few positions that I have higher expectations for in terms of a second spec.  If we are going to dps, lets make sure we have some gear, and know how to do it.  (I am one of the worse violators of this since both my specs are tank... I'm working on it).

4 - As we move into multiple Uld10 teams (coming very soon) we WILL need many tanks.  Keep plugging away.
 

Best geared??!!  oh hell.. I'm screwed then ... Sky still has two blue pieces... maybe I can whore myself out to the heroic pimps...    

And when I die, it's always Zum's fault regardless of where I am...   If he's there it's because his healz suck... If he's not there, it's because he was not there with his uber healz.... either way, it's his fault! period

I'm working on it. Plan on making the Gardenwezel  a healer druid. But I'm gonna suck for a while at it. Will probably need to really hit up Jake and Bernard for tips. Plus Tem will always be my favorite for raiding....

Well Im tank and heals so W/e lol, since im heals i never get a chance to tank in raid, very suck.

Before much longer I'll have another healer in the mix to help you fulfill your dream.
